ProLarvae are an all-natural, sustainable source of protein. ProLarvae contains key amino acids such as Lysine (building block of protein) and Methionine (plays a role in many cell functions) that are used as livestock and aquiculture feed additives.
ProLarvae is produced using state-of-the-art indoor vertical farming methods. This results in high yield, minimal environmental impact, significantly less water usage and lower greenhouse gas emissions.
Current validation studies with University California Merced and California State University Fresno are underway and HP continues to work with the Almond Board of California to improve upon its current sustainable farming practices.
